In shock news today, we’re planning ahead and can exclusively reveal to both of our readers the program for the next few weeks, leading up to Ascension Sunday:

21st April Being Pentecostal Christians Acts 2:1-21
28th April Knowing his great power within us Ephesians 3:7-20
5th May (Family Service) The rushing power of the wind Acts 2:1-21
12th May The counsellor has come John 15:26-27
19th May A first hand experience Acts 2:1-21 & 40
26th May Go Go Go Matthew 28:16-20

Summer Schedule

It appears that summer is finally upon us, so I’m breaking out the sunflower picture again to announce our summer schedule. Unlike some churches we don’t shut everything down for the summer, but unlike others we don’t keep everything going. Actually, that’s probably like most churches but we like to sound different.

So, back to the point, here’s out summer schedule for 2012:

Sun: Morning service 10:30
No Childrens work, but there is a childrens message each week and anyone below secondary school age will be taken out during the adult message for refreshments and games, so they don’t get too bored.

Sun: No evening service for the moment – they’ll restart on 8th Sept.

Tues: House groups, see individual leaders for details.

Wed: Prayer meeting continues as usual.

Fri: Parent & Toddlers continues as usual (10:30)

Fri: JAM & The Edge are taking a break for the summer.

Sat: Momentum/CVM monthly mens breakfast 11th Aug & 8th Sept. Check back for details as we’ll likely be out & about somewhere.

Easter schedule

Meeting times over Easter are as follows:

Good Friday (2nd Apr)

10:30 Service (approx 45 mins)
Neither Mums & Toddlers or JAM are  running on Good Friday.

Easter Sunday (4th Apr)

10:30 Family service.
No evening service

Easter Mon (5th Apr)

No Discipleship Explored (the course finished last week).

Fri 9th & 16th Apr

Mums & Toddlers will be running as usual.

JAM is not on as it’s still the school holidays.
